Dear Friends
As you may know I was elected as President of the Board of Directors of Emergency USA last year. I am both honored and humbled to be a part of this amazing organization. From providing care to women and children at our Maternity Center in Anabah, Afghanistan, operating the only specialized hospital in Africa that provides entirely free open heart surgery, combating the ebola epidemic in East Africa or responding to the current refugee crisis in Europe, Emergency has answered the call with care, respect and humanity. This year we are building the Regional Hospital for Pediatric Surgery, in Entebbe, Uganda.
